A little bit about my ride...

I am Nimar Ginosca Cedeño (but you can call me Gino). I'm a French-Venezuelan whose career has unfolded between Paris, Montreal, and Miami with more than a decade of experience across business development, client relationships, partnerships, operations, media, and marketing.

From managing enterprise relationships and customer experiences at WeWork France to developing partnerships that expanded reach and revenue in international media, I learned to look past the immediate ask, understand what a client or audience actually needed, and build something that delivered for the business too.

I approach growth through the combined lens of strategy, creativity, and systems thinking—connecting customer insight, operations, and technology to solve problems, unlock opportunities, and build what comes next.
