A little bit about my ride...

I am Nimar Ginosca Cedeño (but you can call me Gino). Born in Venezuela  and grew up between the French and North American culture. Mix that gave me a different lens on how people connect, buy, and interact with brands.

Over the years, I’ve built campaigns, strategies, and growth frameworks for brands in Paris, Montreal and Miami.

From designing experiences at WeWork France to shaping media projects, one thing became clear to me: customer experience is everything. A great idea is only powerful if it makes someone feel something and if it drives measurable results.

Now, I focus on blending creative storytelling with systems thinking and AI to partner with businesses—and the brands that power them—work smarter, grow faster, and connect deeper.
